“Our accommodation was cancelled at our check in time. We had booked 6 months our and when we we're trying to confirm check in, they cancelled it and issued a refund. They wouldn't offer other accommodation as it's 24 houra out. This caused our family extreme distress and cost us financial burden. A letter of our grievance and disappointment will be following and contact with the ACCC”

“What a fantastic property. The best vacation home we have ever stayed at, across many we have used in various parts of the world. First, the home is just beautiful. The views are great. The facility is maintained flawlessly. However, the biggest difference is the staff. A fulltime staff of 10 people under the supervision of Kadek ensure that you are treated like royalty. “I had a wonderful time at this location. I think it is in a nice quiet neighborhood but close still close to things. Kiki was living right next to the property and very helpful and nice. i would highly recommend this location for the price and the extra kindness from Kiki. thank you for making my trip even better then expected. ”

“We had a great stay at this villa! The room was clean, spacious, and well laid out. House keeping was welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and both the breakfast and dinner we had through them were delicious. Highly recommend!”
