The view from our room was simply stunning! Make sure to preorder dinner ahead of time so you don’t have to wait. We really loved the steamed fish in bamboo, had it two nights in a row! “Ha sido uno de los sitios mas increíbles en los que he estado, por no decir el que más. El alojamiento es sencillo pero muy bonito. La aldea en la que esta, está en medio de la nada, pero tanto la familia dueña del alojamiento, como sus habitantes, son todos increíbles. Nos dieron una acogida encantadora, además de enseñarnos la cascada que hay a 400 metros caminando (con mucha cuesta) pero que merece muchísimo la pena. Te puedes bañar en ella, además de ver la vida de los habitantes que te van……

“We enjoyed a three night stay at Mai Chau lodge. As the lodge was quiet being mid-week, we were given an upgrade which was a nice surprise. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and lake. The local food offered in the restaurant was lovely. As options in the town were a bit limited we ate there every night. Location was excellent for visits to the outlying villages- all in an easy walk or cycle. Best of all were Ninh and her staff. Always friendly and eager to help and……
