“We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi.”

“It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had in my almost 40 years of travelling. The water bottles no matter big or small need to pay(not what they told us when we checked in) and I feel cheated and humiliated when they told us we’d destroyed the opening ( not really opened) a bottle of wine which no label on it. I didn’t even see where it was and my husband told me it was on the top of the shelf. I strongly suggest hotels.com evaluate the hotel because I don’t want other guests be cheated……

“I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for 3 nights and one of the highlights of my stay was the incredible support from Elsa at the front desk. She was warm, professional and always had a solution ready. Whether it was helping me book a last minute tour to Ha Long Bay, calling a taxi, or giving me directions to local street food, Elsa made me feel completely at ease in a new city. The hotel itself is spotless and located just a few minutes walk from all the tip sights in the old quarter.……
