“Everything about our stay was perfect — from the warm welcome and kindness of the staff to the beautiful room decor and excellent amenities. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the overall assistance provided by the team was truly above and beyond.
We arrived early in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in immediately, with no extra charges — a big plus after a long journey!
What really stood out was the exceptional quality of the staff. I wasn’t feeling well……

“First of all the staff and breakfast were amazing. The hiking trip organised by the hotel was awesome. The location is really good. The downsides there were lots of bugs in my room. I killed them all and i thought that was the end of it then on the last day upon checking out there was a huge cockroach on the floor, i presume their mother. The water pressure for the hot water didnt seem to exist at times and you had to run it for a while to make it work. ”

“Uncomfortable bed. Could feel metal wires & they did not give us any linen sheet to sleep with? We were given a thin polyester “quilt” that was not warm at all. I assume this was some type of mistake as the other reviews didn’t mention anything about bad beds. Room was clean, location is good and staff are nice, i just wished they had better sleeping arrangements for a hotel.”

The family sized room with 2 king beds and bathroom plus your own seating and hammock out the front situated in lovely gardens was a great place to recover after doing the Ha Giang Loop. "The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island."

"飯店距離下龍灣本島五分鐘船程，每20分鐘一班有接駁船，整座飯店看似整修過，豪華漂亮，可悠閒散步海灘，還有超大泳池，四周庭園極美，早餐也好吃，真是個人間天堂。缺點:窗簾灰塵太多，導致過敏。"
