“The hotel service was very disappointing. We booked 2 rooms and paid, but once we arrived we found out the staff had double booked the room so we had no where to stay and they charged us for the room anyway. Would not recommend. “all the staff are very warm and nice. They care about their service a lot and always try to know if everything ok during the trip. The room is clean as they come to clean up very frequently not only once a day. The food is also yummy and I have nice and special meal during my stay.”
