“The hotel service was very disappointing. We booked 2 rooms and paid, but once we arrived we found out the staff had double booked the room so we had no where to stay and they charged us for the room anyway. Would not recommend. Can’t trust. 这间酒店非常令人失望，绝对不推荐。他们一个房间卖出两次，我们搭国际长途过来出差，来之前已经付过钱，但到达后突然被告知没有房间。但钱也不退。 ”

Staff were super friendly, they let me check in early, were happy to answer all of my questions, and helped me book a private vehicle to Hanoi upon check out, which worked out to be the most convenient, quickest, and the best price. The staff on the ship were top notch when it come to custom service and making you laugh and smile. From karoke to kayaking, wooden boat trip to cooking class, they made sure you were comfortable and safe. Would recommend this to everyone”
