“Great location about 15 minutes by scooter from Cat Ba town, ideal for exploring the island. Spacious rooms, freshly cooked meals, and scooters available for rent made our stay very convenient.”

“The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.”

Sea view room has really nice view in the room and the terras and the hotel owner was so kind. He smiled everytime he saw us and tried to help us for everything we needed. He arranged 1 day tour and returning bus for us with cheap price, and the quality of those services were very good.
