The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure and temperature, perfect for a hot shower after a long hike. We stayed during Christmas, and the hotel had a wonderful festive atmosphere with beautiful decorations. On Christmas Eve, they offered complimentary mulled wine, gingerbread, and fruits in the lobby for an hour, which I really appreciated. The hotel also has a gym and……

Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.”
