I travel frequently in Vietnam and have never stayed at a property with Faulty Towers levels of ineptitude like the Atlanta Residences. Upon check-in my room had a broken window meaning the window could not close. Not good for rainy season in Hanoi with the mosquitos. They did change my room, but the new room still had hairs in bath and sink from either the cleaner or the previous guest. There were……
