“We are a couple who travel abroad frequently, and have visited more than a dozen countries and stayed in many five-star hotels. However, when we arrived at the Hotel at 7 am on March 23, we met a young front desk receptionist whose service level far exceeded the five-star standard and left a deep impression on us. The receptionist not only quickly arranged a comfortable rest area for us, but also enthusiastically took us to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, and introduced the local tourist……

“泳池很大，又有單車借用，可供環西湖遊覽，很棒的體驗。gym房也不錯，還有乒乓球室，但美中不足是無空調。提供穿梭巴士到舊城區，但班次略嫌疏落。早餐也豐富美味。房間超大，備有廚房，設備齊全。極力推薦。”
