“The hotel is in a great location. The staff were very helpful and friendly with excellent English. Anna actually came to the local pharmacy with us to help with buying some cough medicine. We were able to leave our suitcases for the day after checking out. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Great service. ”

“We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. Everthing made fresh for us, smoothies and coffees at breakfast were great too! Huge selection of healthy drinks. The resort is in a random location so it’s very much a place to stay on property but the spa facilities, gym, food and property provided enough to do for a relaxing 2 days. The spa treatments were all……

“an overall great experience with the hotel, just simple decoration kind of minimalism but they have eveything I need. Breakfast was very delicious, the beef noodles especially very nice. I will come back for for another stay”

“staff is always helpful, however hotel could have more better choices for breakfast ( healthier, better coffee ) and could be going bit greener for eco reasons. but staff very helpful and friendly always. why not arrange cooperation with GAU cafe shop across the street for coffee/pastry???”
