“Definitely, this is a great hotel to visit and stay. The service is completely excellent and the dinning is fabulous to us. In our room had some problems in showing room, but the staff fixed and later change our room very quickly. We all had a very happy trip and memories there. We spend four nights!! Breakfast is nice and dinning service is even better!! Very recommend to foreigners.”

“The property was absolutely beautiful. Thanh & his family were very friendly and helpful..We were treated very well. We were taken around the local area & we were told about, & introduced to, the local way of life. We shared tea & met some amazing people. On this tour with Thanh we learnt so much about the life of farmers on the rice paddy's, & yes we did ask lots of questions & Thanh was a wealth of information. In the afternoon we went on a canoe ride to see monkeys. The whole experience……

“What an amazing place to stay. Jasmine is a wonderful host who will make sure you have the most amazing, peaceful and comfortable stay. “This was an interesting place, the resort is quite remote, has 2 great pools, the gym is good, the room really comfortable and clean but there is almost no English speaking capability (not that this is usually required), the resort has no first aid kit, and payments other than cash become really problematic. Don’t both with the restaurant, you MUST have your own transport to visit here”

“Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower. “Beautiful serene accomodation middle of mountains and rice paddies. Can’t be better than this. Bed was very comfortable and quiet. Room had all the amenities required for the stay. Shower was nice and hot. Swimming pool was amazingly clean and big to soak long day at Ninh Binh. Breakfast was so delicious and just enough of options. We accidentally broke the shower gel container at the room and costs 150,000 VND. But the lovely lady at the reception waived it for us. She even spoke to the grab……

“Great experience at Hidden Charm Hotel, staff were friendly and the room was tidy and clean. Location of hotel is very convenient to nearby tourist spots such as Tam Coc for boat tour and Hang Mua for hiking. Definitely one of the best hotels in Ninh Binh.”
