“Out of everywhere we stayed during our two-week trip around Vietnam, Happy Tam Coc Ecolodge was hands down the best. The property is stunning—surrounded by towering limestone cliffs and lush greenery, it feels peaceful and secluded, yet still super close to everything. “I wanted to share a unique and uncommon help by Nia and the rest of the staff. She went far above and beyond to help me. Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. Her service raises the bar for everyone in hospitality. ”

“Amazing home stay, family really nice and helpful, laundry service really good, the only negative for us was we needed to get a taxi to places as not walking distance. He did have bikes that could be used however this is not something we felt safe doing with the busy roads.”

“When leaving the room, all electricity gets shut off. That means the refrigerator goes off as well. This basically means the cokes and beer gets warm. Would be great if there were a way for the fridge to stay on separately. ”

“Family owned hotel. The lady who owns this hotel along with her husband is really nice. She'll help you book tours and transportation if needed. She and her husband cooks the complimentary breakfast every morning and they also provide laundry service if needed. They work very hard to make you happy as their guests. Amenities are minimal and the room could use a little updating.”
