“The hotel is excellent. It's 1.8km from the town city and around 10km from Tam Coc. The town is very safe and well lit. We rented a bike and had no issues at all. There are a few convenience stores around, but you need to go into town for a decent coffee. The hotel manager is excellent and very helpful. Breakfast pho is superb. It is situated next to a field on a quiet road. It is peaceful and very clean. Highly recommended.”

“The property and the area are beautiful. Isolated and quiet. The staff were very friendly. A vehicle is needed to get around, specially for dinners since the hotel’s food options weren’t very good. ”

“Everything about this homestay was perfect for our first time in Ninh Binh. The hosts were so kind and welcoming, along with their new puppy and pet cat that greeted us each morning. Breakfast was yummy, laundry was cheap, and we loved the free bikes to explore Nb. Pool was under construction unfortunately but no big deal, we were so busy anyways. Will stay again!”

“We stayed one night at Lotus Field Homestay and it was wonderful. The staff were attentive and helpful, the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and was quite tasty. It was a 15 min walk to the closet “town” area with plenty of restaurants to choose from and shops to get any snacks needed. The location was off the beaten path and very peaceful and idyllic. The lotus flowers were not in bloom while we were there, however I can only imagine how much more beautiful the landscape gets……
