“Everything was as expected and worked perfectly for our need. We did have a couple issues which were easily mitigated by the owner. They were easy to reach and quick to respond. We elected to have the pool heated (in October) which was the only way I would get in the pool (I like a warm pool). The ambient temperature was unseasonably cool and the pool heat was just not enough for me to be willing to swim. The owner did make an adjust to the pool heat which improved the condition enough for me……

“We loved this rental - very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Included use of brand new BBQ, pool was heated as requested, kitchen had everything we needed in excellent condition. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. We were just 2 adults so this wasn't an issue but if for a group of 6 then seating in TV area and at dining room table would be a bit tight. Loved the lounge chairs and seating area in the lanai. Private and comfortable. Would definitely rent again!”

“This place is absolutely amazing. The location is the best we have stayed in Florida. We could go on walks with our kids every day, go swimming in the pool, walk to Walmart if we wanted. The pool was perfect size. The lanai was perfect rain or shine because the sitting areas is covered. The rooms were wonderful and clean. Kazan is an amazing host and gets back to you if I had ANY questions at all. I would 10/10 recommend this place to everyone. Drive time wasn’t bad either, to Disney, or Busch……

“We wanted to go to a quiet place. It definitely was that the home is close enough to amenities far away enough to be quiet. The pool was wonderful! The salt water felt so good. The home is a very nice size. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Sunshine/warm weather state?? Check-in was easy. House was nice and communication with host was easy. Area was quiet, which was nice. Online it listed bikes were available (only 1 bike), garage there was a vehicle already parked in there, and unbeknownst to us until we got to the property, there were no paper products, i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, etc. that are available at many VRBOs. Also when we were preparing to make coffee, there was a filter in the pit with moldy……
