"When we checked into the room, the TV didn't work, nor did the telephone. We went to the reception and they gave us another room right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and they were very timely in bringing us to the airport for our 6 AM flight via the free shuttle. ..."

"Wir sind gar nicht eingezogen, als wir die Lage der Zimmer gesehen haben: beide Schlafzimmer sowie Bad/WC oben und nur erreichbar durch Klettern eines steilen, offenen Leiters ohne normalen Stufen, nur mit kleinen versetzten Brettern. Nichts für ältere Leute (77 resp. 79 Jahre alt). Dies war nicht ..."

Nice apartment with all you need.
"It's a nice apartment for us to live for few days, hope we can stay longer. The facilities are great, and there is a carrie four supermarket just 30 seconds walk. Really convenient with public transport. But, no room cleaning services for stay shorter than 7 days. We only stay for 3 nights. 7 euros/set ..."
