“The room was very spacious and well appointed. The property itself was conveniently located to everything. The staff was very eager to provide information and directions. I am definitely staying at this property upon my return visit Pittsburgh.”

“Nothing much to complain about, except for the fact that our room was never cleaned in our 3-night stay. I reported it to the front desk, but was told because we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, that the cleaning crew did not enter the room. I think that's unacceptable: Two women staying in an hotel should be able to put that sign on the door, but it was removed once we left the room. Cleaning service should not be only in the early morning. Everyone is on a different schedule. If……

“The facility was very accommodating. They allowed us to register and check in a little early. Everything was very clean and available. Plenty of towels. Fresh coffee and fresh lemon water available 24 hours a day. The continental breakfast was very nice. I truly have nothing bad to say!”
