“If you want a posh experience and need a place to park your oversized luxury SUV, this might not be for you. HOWEVER, if you are looking for a clean rental this is perfect. It was a 1-bedroom apartment (bigger than mine) with all of the basics -- nice bathroom, large living room, full kitchen, great wifi and TV, and a new bed and linens. Everything is close by, a short drive in any direction. There were a few things that needed attention, but overall it was an excellent choice for my work trip.”

“I'd go back to Fairbanks again just to stay here. Great bottom floor of a beautiful cabin, with some decor I never expected to see in my life. The owner Marc is a skilled artist, with some of his work on the walls. The indoor sauna was amazing! The place had everything you could need. Communication was great before and during the stay. I would absolutely recommend this place.”

“The place is small, but ideally located and spotlessly clean. Though the living area/bedroom is small, both the kitchen and bathroom were very large. Everything we needed was waiting for us. If/when we make it back to Fairbanks we would definitely stay here again. ”
