“We did a winter trip with outside temps from about 10F at the start to -25F at the end. House held the set temp without a problem and we never ran out of hot water for our group of 9 people. The garage has been converted to living space, so the rental car was outside and plugged in to keep the engine warm. There were plenty of sheets, blankets, and towels for the group. The wifi went out due to a power issue, and the owner stopped by within 2 hours to reset it. The battery light started……

The only complaint that I have is that sound travels too easily from the top unit to the bottom and could get rather obnoxious if you have noisy neighbors. “I came back to Fairbanks to see two good friends get married. The weather was very cold but the apartment was toasty warm. It was the perfect size with a full kitchen, living room and a cozy bedroom, plus laundry room. Whenever I had a question Brian was extremely proactive in replying. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of hot water, and the location was ideal”
