“At first it was disappointing because we booked online for two nights staying here in hotel app and it says breakfast are included but when we got here there’s no breakfast in the morning we paid too much money but the service by cocotel is so disappointing and big scam .thankfully the staffs here are so kind and attentive/caring and all my disappointments are gone because of them . “Location is bit challenging, as you have to drive to some narrow dirt road. The service is good but wifi is weak and TV doesn't work in our room. When we're about to check out i know i counted the towels and there was 8" but when they check it apparently they said one is missing, and i have to pay 500 fee for apparently losing that thin old towel. I just paid and didnt argue because we're in hurry to leave.”

“Generally ok for transient use but found it a bit pricey given the condition of the hotel. It’s also strange to find out that the deluxe room for twin beds is more expensive than 1 queen bed which is unusual practice in hotels. There was a little cockroach on the bed when I woke up in the miffed of the night. Food in their restaurant is pleasant.”

“They have a basement with rooms. The steps going down into the basement are tiled, slippery, covered in rain and SUPER DANGEROUS. My last night carefully walked down the stairs and fell anyway. After a night in agony and pain I checked out in the morning. All the stops are tiled and slippery.. rain everywhere of course but dangerous slippery tile, If this was in America, they would have been sued. Just back from Dr.: hurt my back, bruised my pelvis and sprained my wrist. The owners do not……
