“Generally ok for transient use but found it a bit pricey given the condition of the hotel. It’s also strange to find out that the deluxe room for twin beds is more expensive than 1 queen bed which is unusual practice in hotels. There was a little cockroach on the bed when I woke up in the miffed of the night. Food in their restaurant is pleasant.”

“They have a basement with rooms. The steps going down into the basement are tiled, slippery, covered in rain and SUPER DANGEROUS. My last night carefully walked down the stairs and fell anyway. After a night in agony and pain I checked out in the morning. All the stops are tiled and slippery.. rain everywhere of course but dangerous slippery tile, If this was in America, they would have been sued. Just back from Dr.: hurt my back, bruised my pelvis and sprained my wrist. The owners do not……

“I like the pool, beach, lagoon but the condominium unit was terribly dirty. The booking center gave a wrong confirmation slip about the unit so we wasted time in a wrong building.
The Kitchen basin was leaking so that I could not properly cook and wash the dishes.”

“When I arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working. They say they are a beach resort, the beach was extremely dirty and a 10 minute walk away. The food they supplied was extremely minimal with no vegetables and far too costly. There were no food options nearby. I had to complain to stop loud pulsing music after 11 PM.”

“It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan)
The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues……

There were numerous problems encountered during our 3 night stay: 1) no free wifi and the wifi we paid extra for did not work inside room. 2) everything costs extra ... ice, cooking, extra towels etc. 3) the noise throughout the hotel is unbearable ... dogs barking all hours day & night ... people clients and busy street heard inside room ... tv was handful of downloaded movies with no access to any channels... access……

“It was a satisfied journey with the beaches, food and service. We stayed for 3 nights and still feel like taking more days relaxing.
The food was really nice as well. However, since we can only stay in the resort for meals, restaurant's menus are the highly similar, and we get tired of having pizzas and pasta last day. And also the food are a bit over price.
Also, everything cost extra was a bit unpleasant, i.e. towel rental/ lockers.
But overall a very nice experience staying over. Glad to……
