I’m in my seventies but in excellent health had no problem. But if out of shape I wouldn’t recommend it. His private beach excursions highly recommended. He also offers boat tours for wildlife.The grounds & pool certainly were a welcome sight. I stayed in the 2 floor house it’s rustic. There is also a one story cottage which is modern.
