“Was a great place to get together with old friends. Everything we needed with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The space was well appointed. It was nice the way the bedrooms were set up. People could sleep in, get up early, take a nap, cook, etc without disturbing others. While groups are great, all the couples appreciated the ability to get away for downtime also. We will probably be back next year!!”

“The house is extremely comfortable, with good-sized bedrooms, comfortable seating, and a well-stocked kitchen. The hosts are friendly and very responsive. The house is located in a wooded area close to Itasca State Park and Park Rapids -- a wonderful location. The only suggestion our group has was that the hosts remove the plug-in fragrances throughout the house before guests arrive since some people have fragrance sensitivities (we unplugged them and that took care of the issue). “Was a beautiful place. Very accommodating and had everything you needed and then some. Wished we could have stayed longer. Property was extremely clean, beach and dock made for nice sunset viewing. Plenty of wood for fire pit on beach. The directions to the property were spot on. I'm seriously considering renting it out next summer again!! “My son is a freshman at BSU and is 5 hours from home. This was a prefect spot for us to have some time together over a long weekend and he could get a break from dorm life. Somuch better than a hotel!”

“Large rooms allowed for different activities at the same time. Large kitchen and counter spaced helped with storage and easy preparation of meals. We had a group of 22 any there was plenty of room for all.”

“Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved sitting around the bonfire and making s’mores. Our puppy loved running around inside the fenced area and joining us on our family trip. The location of this home was convenient for visiting Itasca State Park. The only thing we found disappointing was that the dock was already pulled in. Our boys were looking forward to being able to fish off the dock. The owners were very communicative and shared with us a location near by for fishing.……

“The place is cozy and close to our hunting ground, however, there are more deer around this property! The WiFi isn’t great, but everything else is great and as described. ”
