“Everything was just so beautiful, from the gardens, the art in the home and the layout of the home! Our host, Rose, was so serene and kind. She gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and activities, she was wonderful! Our breakfasts were delicious, locally sourced, hearty and decadent. “The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.”

“A very nice lodging right at the heart of Penn Yan, a quaint town that is literally right beside the beautiful Keuka Lake. The only downside is its limited parking spaces and when this was brought up with the front desk staff who was on duty, she could not offer an option where to park in case guests arrive and there are no available spots within the property. No traveler would want to find out that their vehicle was towed or assessed a fine because of illegal parking.”

“This is an old-style motor lodge one would find on a U.S. Highway in the 50s or 60s. The decor shows it. If you are seeking a fancy, glitzy resort, go elsewhere.
