These owners have literally put thought into every little thing you might need during your stay. Great communication and very responsive. There was a little issue with the heat and they were right on top of it.”

“Good place to stay while in town for golf. Overall very good stay, only complaint was the towels and hand towels were clean but very stained. ”

“The property manager and owner both need to be held accountable. They show no love and care for this beautiful home and it’s makes me sad. Owner told he just “hasn’t been able to get anybody out” to fix the pool but it doesn’t say anything about the pool being broken in description. AC only worked in bottom half of house. Overall cleanliness was piss poor. Me and some family had to clean up like it was our house. Looked like either it hasn’t been rented out in awhile or never before. Back patio……

The deck chairs are comfy and fun - they rock! The hosts strike a respectful balance of checking in and offering helping, answering questions, while not at all intrusive.……

“I had never done a VRBO before and this was a fantastic first experience. The photos and description are spot on. Everything in the home is labeled and set up for low stress. The owner was kind and responsive. I was the only adult with 5 tall teen boys and they slept comfortably and they loved the chess board and seating area. The coffee bars, popcorn maker, and games were such fun touches.We were very close to Duke and downtown Durham. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and already……
