“都还好，还是床垫凸出来一个铁棍脚撞了好几下，最好改修一下，因为应该有很多人都会说这个问题还有枕头太短了，其它都很好了。”

“we had to moved to 3 rooms with in 2 days. the heat did not work and the first night we froze as if we were outside. They were having trouble with the heat. We moved rooms the next morning to a room that heat did not work. later that night we asked to be moved and that evening we were moved to a room that had heat.”

“Was there for a multi day trip to Duke for medical scans and tests. Served sour milk from room service and still charged. Power went out at 4a, had to take a cold shower, power wasn’t restore until I had to check out around 8:30a and no compensation nor even an apology was offered; it was simply it is what it is. No coffee in hot pots, nothing, no attempt to make guests more comfortable or accommodate them in ANY way shape or form. ”
