“前台冷淡，入住時發現，浴室裡沐浴乳架整個掉落在浴缸裡，塑膠碎片四處飛濺，打電話告知櫃檯時，工作人員語氣冷漠，並提前掛我電話，令人非常無語。隔天下大雨，窗台邊踏腳板滲進雨水，地毯潮濕一片，一樣打電話告知櫃檯希望能送幾條毛巾給我們，讓地毯的水份暫時吸收，阻止繼續蔓延，口頭答應後當晚也沒有送來毛巾，幸好雨勢轉小，沒有釀成更嚴重的危機。住宿當中，房務整理後當天，發現床上的耳機不見，一樣打電話告訴前台，麻煩幫忙問一下房務是否有看到耳機，電話中答覆會再詢問並回電，直到退房也沒有任何消息。最後退房時，櫃檯人員一邊嚼著口香糖，一邊工作，完全不符合星級飯店的門面印象。 雖然飯店很美，房間小但是舒適，但是這樣的服務態度，令人失望，如果不講求溫暖溫度，尚可入住體驗周邊樹林湖泊的美好，但若有問題需要請飯店幫忙，則自求多福。 未來不會再入住喜來登系列飯店，以上為個人經驗分享，希望只是特例，運氣不好的我恰巧碰到。 ”

“The grounds were amazing. There is a plantation house and gardens in the grounds that was really interesting to explore. We also love the breakfast and the balcony next to our room where we drink coffee and watch bluebirds. All of these amenities are in the middle of Chapel Hill, just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and the college. Another really cool perk was the pantry on our floor with free ice cream and drinks.”
