“Fint hotell, fina rum, väldigt trevlig peronal speciellt Soe. Men ett stort minus är att det var det höga volymen på musiken. När vi checkade in spelade bandet så högt att det var svårt att höra vad personalen sa. Att sedan ha en DJ i polområdet som körde sin klubbmusik varje dag mellan 12:30-18:30, inte bra riktigt dåligt. På kvällen var det bättre med riktig bra live musik i restaurangen. Frukosten riktigt bra 👍. När ni har ett hotell i den här klassen måste ni anpassa musiken där efter, DJ……

(Trash in corridors and parking left for 2 days without Collecting) - Very poor communication, they changed the food to be buffet not in room dining without Informing us and later on asked us to pay for breakfast (although I booked BB) - very poor beach area, they had play area in the middle of sea full of sewage and sharp edges that hurt myself and the kids (I don’t know why they aren’t shutting it down) - very late room service (understaffed although the hotel was……

“Rooms are 1* quality, totally overdated, broken doors, no heating, windows not closing. Needs fully to be refurbished. Breakfast very poor quality, staff not present. Very loud music till 2am in the bar. Outside bar and pool are the only photos that show how it is, other photos don't reflect how it is really. Good there was a Black Angus aside where you could have a good diner. ”

“We travelled as a family and we truly enjoyed the facility. The pool and the private beach is amazing. I would say that the room furniture could use an upgrade. The sofa, bed, and the room were not the greatest, the room is a little bit old and the furniture didn’t seem clean enough. However we enjoyed our time using the pool and we will definitely be coming back. ”
