“The accommodation is acceptable though it is not my standard of accommodation. The owners are exceptional people with great service. The relationship is like family and we became friends too. The guesthouse is really cute and more suited for young people, backpackers kind. As I'm older and seek high standard of creature comforts, it is still acceptable as everywhere was full. Phong, his wife & their 2 little cute daughters made up for it! However, 1 big setback was that it was along the highway……

“Nice site and they gave me Freee upgrade quiet room was nice but the staff lack professionalism, the spa was the worst back massage I ever had but at least they refund me after I complained and most staff does not speak any English”

“The architecture and grounds at Ocean and Maia are spectacular. The local area is pretty quiet, but Cat Tien town is only 20 minutes walk along the beach, and there are good local seafood restaurants there. Food options at the resort are limited and expensive”

“A beautiful peaceful resort allowing for true relaxation. Garden view room was lovely, spacious, big batbroom/wardrobe area. Bed was hardish but not the worst. Pillows could have been lore supportive. The resort was quiet, not many people staying there. You can either get a free dinner or massage each day with your stay which we opted for the massages, these were very nice and relaxing. You get access to an app which provides you with so much information on the hotel, dining, extra activities,……

“Wonderful rooms, location and staff. Great views from the sea facing balconies. Staff very efficient and attentive. Sadly WiFi was unreliable and with no phone signal , it’s easy to feel cut off. As with most VN hotels during service was slightly reduced. Captains Bar wasn’t open, Spa was shut and there was a midweek reduction in the breakfast service. This really should have been mentioned on the web site.”

“Nice clean hotel, next to the beach, few steps away from local restaurant and few minutes drive to night market. Hotel offers great breakfast and nice little pool. We had great massages every single night we stayed there. Will definitely come back again.”

“4 nights in a private pool beach villa, just steps from the sand and beach bar has convinced us to seek out more Zannier properties. Chic and beautiful environments, quiet luxury with a bit of local flair made the moments indoors special, and only to be surpassed by exploring the vast and spectacular hillside, beach and rice paddy natural preserve. “Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei Fragen gut beraten, beim Frühstück war es nicht ganz so optimal, wir wurden wegen der Uhrzeit gefragt, doch als wir dann auf das Frühstück gewartet haben, war niemand da und erst nach einiger Zeit wurden dann ein paar Eier gebraten. Das Beste war der Kaffee, der hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Im Zimmer war es sehr laut von der Straße. Alles in allem war es gut.”
