“The accommodation is acceptable though it is not my standard of accommodation. The owners are exceptional people with great service. The relationship is like family and we became friends too. The guesthouse is really cute and more suited for young people, backpackers kind. As I'm older and seek high standard of creature comforts, it is still acceptable as everywhere was full. Phong, his wife & their 2 little cute daughters made up for it! However, 1 big setback was that it was along the highway……

Chic and beautiful environments, quiet luxury with a bit of local flair made the moments indoors special, and only to be surpassed by exploring the vast and spectacular hillside, beach and rice paddy natural preserve. Well done to all the staff, chefs, therapists. We look forward to visiting Bai San Ho again! ”

“Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didn’t ask for booking names. They didn’t know how many nights we stay. Room dirty with only 2 tiny towels for 2 pax. Walls completely dirty. No complementary water as usual in Vietnam. A tiny bottle of warm water in the coffee for 10k vnd. Noisy room difficult to sleep due every time a truck pass near the hotel, the bed moved. No daily housekeeping as they advertise. After 2 days we have to……
