“I had the best time during my stay here! By the end of the week I felt like family! The hosts are delightful, including the pups and turtles. Haha! The property is absolutely beautiful and safe. My room was clean, cozy and the AC worked well. The bed was comfortable too. The food options were amazing! Freshly made daily and so tasty! I enjoyed the company of everyone there as a solo traveler. We shared many laughs! I definitely recommend renting a car as taxis are pretty difficult to depend on.……

“We had a very nice stay here. Staff was great and the rooms are nice. The location is beach front with KKO restaurant (location for free breakfast and recommend having lunch there) providing chairs. “Beautiful hotel, great location and amazing attentive staff. We had the best time and our room got upgraded. Perfect location for snorkelling or just relaxing on the beach. Great water sport facilities and early morning yoga too. Food at the restaurant was decent, but breakfast service was quite slow during the Easter period. Hotel is about a 20min walk to restaurant row but recommend getting a car as the hotel is tucked away at end of Grand Case so driving to eat/shop etc is just more……

“We spent 4 nights at La Hibiscus. Really enjoyed everything about it. Florian gave us a free upgrade to the Jasmine suite. Large, comfortable bed, great shower and bathroom. Great terrace for sunning and looking at the mountains. We had the pool to ourselves which we loved. Very hands off approach by management which meant great privacy which we like. Only 5 minutes to Orient Beach….great choice of restaurants including a couple of breakfast places. Will definitely come back. FYI….renting a car……

Only thing I'll point out is that while there is plenty to do in Anse Marcel, if you plan to go to any other area, the hill to Anse Marcel is a quite steep and our rental barely made it. I believe there are shuttles and taxis, however if you are renting a car, ensure it's capable.”
