“Hotel Maison is a lovely hotel right in the center of downtown Yakima's very walkable downtown area. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very spacious and sparkling clean, and for it being in a historic building, everything was very updated and modern. Would definitely stay there again!”

“It’s a very nice place. The fire alarm just went off for no apparent reason and shut off. All is good just a little excitement. ”

“The rooms are great. Very clean. The king bed was comfortable and pillows soft and comfortable. The step in shower was so nice good water pressure and loved the built in shampoo, cream rinse and body wash. Nice sized bath towels too. Nice air conditioner kept the room cool. A short distance to a walking path by the Yakima river and great Mexican restaurant. I only did 4 stars because we felt our greeter could have been more friendly. ”

“The staff was very nice, especially the woman at front that checked us in( her name is escaping my memory). The property outside was very clean, pool area clean, etc. Room was still dusty, but overall looked clean enough. Mostly this hotel just needs some TLC, like the bathroom walls had stains and spackle over spots, but definitely needed new paint. Lamp shades dirty, chair had some weird stains on it. Little things. The toilet however was comically small and the lid was like wisp thin and a……

“Large, comfortable, clean room with all we needed for a pleasant stay. We are elderly and there is no elevator but we got a ground floor room by phoning early on the day of check in day to request one. Breakfast ends at 9 am but is about as good as it gets for a free motel breakfast with waffles, scrambled eggs, home fries, sausages plus cold options.”
