“Great location, nice layout with 2nd floor deck, comfortable and fairly quiet. Keep in mind you’ll have neighbors sharing the larger side of the house, and in the back yard. Smoking is allowed on the property which is a bummer. Also the other houses located behind cause a bit of traffic in the single driveway.”
