“My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!”

“Attended 2024 Cooperstown Baseball tournament at the ALLSTAR VILLAGE fields. We were happy to get away from the fields as we wanted both to be 30 mins away from fields but also peace and beauty. This is a great spot for families attending the tournament, about 30 mins away and lots to entertain younger siblings. Host Rena was great with communication and flexible with our baseball schedule and additional guest/pet needs. We would stay here again and would recommend for families attending……

“We had a great stay here! The host was incredibly responsive and also had a lot of proactive communication and gestures. We’d mentioned we were getting in late, and wonderful and thoughtful accommodations were made for that. We loved the puzzles & puzzle board, since it rained. Lots of kids books and legos, too. The kitchen was clean and well stocked! Would recommend or return, hopefully for a longer and more dry time. The ONLY downside to me was the NY-23 traffic noise from the front,……

“Really great overall experience on my sleep stopover during a long trip. The room was simple but clean and had everything I needed. The area had some basic amenities while also being surrounded by natural beauty. I was glad for driving the extra 25 minutes to avoid larger cities and chain hotels. “Stayed for a Father’s Day weekend with a buddy to fly fish. The cabin was perfect, as was the location. The property makes it seem as if you’re in a remote location, but it’s a 3 minute drive into town. The land itself is beautiful, and really well kept. As for the cabin, it was perfect. Clean, comfortable and with everything you’d need. Its location to the river system was great, and we couldn’t have asked for more..”
