“The Cocoa Cottage was above and beyond what my family and I ever expected!! The house is amazing! Clean, so cute, great layout, perfect location but most of all the pool was incredible!!!!! The owner has the home stocked with all necessities, very detailed instructions regarding check in/check out, trash, etc. A cute handy pamphlet with extra info about nearby restaurants and areas to check out. The penthouse apartment was very clean and accommodated us perfectly, with two bunk beds for our four kids 10 and under, and the queen bed for my husband and I, a full kitchen with cooking supplies, smart TV, and full bathroom. “My husband and I had a great time staying in Tiny. The hosts were communicative and friendly and this being our first tiny home experience it was really unique and interesting. It was a little hard to find as the city of Lancaster has many one-way streets. It is definitely small. I don't think more than two people could stay in it comfortably.
