“My room #502, upper unit #602 was extremely noisy from 9:00pm to 12:30am, I called the front desk asking for change different room, but I had to wait for another 30 minutes. It was a very bad experience. This hotel’s sound insulation is poor. ”

Me auxiliaram em serviços de cambio, transporte, lavagem de roupas, fazendo eu me sentir muito bem apoiado. O hotel fica a curta distância de uma estação de metro, ao lado de varias lojas de conveniência e alguns restaurantes”

“The hotel staff was very nice. Every staff and especially 汤志龙 was very helpful and nice! He helped me find an airplane model shop in Beijing and it made my kid's day! Without his help, my kids will be very sad... he even called to get the address, directions and everything for us! The rooms were clean! Always new and fresh towels every single day. Beds were always made and clean. I cannot wait to come back to this hotel when I visit Beijing!!!! Thank you so much for everything you and your team……

“Overall the location is a big plus as its near main train station and the metro. The room was clean and nice. It would help if reception could speak little english. Also there was construction going on during the day time inside the hotel. Overall was ok.”

“性價比還不錯！住宿本身也達到乾淨舒適的商務需求。 唯一缺點是離地鐵站較遠，酒店大堂本身又不提供叫車服務，對於沒有中國手機門號的外地旅客非常不方便，尤其是晚上！！ Location, location, location! In a negative sense! Nice hotel but not suitable for international travelers who don't have local cellphone and DD pager. Far from subway stations and almost impossible to get a taxi at the curb in front of the hotel, especially at night. Don't expect the front desk help provide taxi paging service. ”
