“The property is dated but very spacious. I like the view of golf course. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. However, the Wi-Fi is not very stable. If you need to work remotely and constantly in meetings, you probably want to check before booking.”

“Cozy, modern inside, rustic outside. Far enough from amenities to feel remote but close enough to local restaurants and provisions if you want them. Nearby access to short or long hikes in beautiful country.Owners were attentive and helpful from afar. ”

“We had a wonderful 5-day getaway at the River Perch! The three kids spent hours on the river each day, we went tubing and kayaking, we got to see our dog enjoy her first real swims, and then we got to relax in the very cozy, very clean house with the beautiful front porch view of the Cacapon. Glenn made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for a trip away!”
