“Glenn was super communicative and answered all our questions beforehand. He was so nice and even provided s'mores kits and brought us some of his garden's produce as we were leaving. The property is wonderful and at a perfect place on the river. You can ride the rapids over and over on the provided tubes or put in further up and take a leisurely float to the house, which we did many times. “14 family members traveled from 2 hours away up to 8 hours away including our adult sons, their wives and 4 grandchildren and we moved in on Dec26 and had a fun 4 night stay in this big beautiful home. Everyone was very comfortable on firm beds, with lots of pillows and blankets and big renovated bathrooms. “House was lovely, well appointed and furnished. Nice amenities, very clean and Giant kitchen. Owner/manager was quick to respond and very accommodating.The road to access the house and the gravel driveway may be challenging to some cars and the road requires nerves of steel to drive in stormy weather but we managed. Some on our party found the strong iron smell very off putting in the bathrooms/showers. We ended up buying bottled water to drink. Owner might consider having a water filter in……
