“I've stayed at quite a few rentals and hotels, and this is my favorite. It's definitely a bit off the grid, which makes it all the more private and charming. The views are breathtaking, and the layout of the house is perfect for a family...but it'd be lovely for a couple's or solo retreat, too! Our visit included three adults and two kids (10 and 12), but I appreciate that there are baby gates, a pack n play, and a high chair for guests with younger children. My kiddos especially loved the air……

“A train came past the house at 7am in the morning. There is no mention of early morning train activity in the description. The mattresses were extremely soft and the blankets were very thin…so we were chilly. The house is beautiful…just these details are something to consider.”

“Glenn was super communicative and answered all our questions beforehand. He was so nice and even provided s'mores kits and brought us some of his garden's produce as we were leaving. The property is wonderful and at a perfect place on the river. You can ride the rapids over and over on the provided tubes or put in further up and take a leisurely float to the house, which we did many times.
