“Description of house in listing was accurate. House was well stocked. Host was very accomodating and responsive to messages. Location was remote so nice for groups looking for a break away from the city, but still close enough to both Strasburg and Winchester which were great for shopping and events. Only request would be access to a washer/dryer (which we knew wouldnt be available from the listing) but just would be nice for convenience when you are staying for a good period of time.”

“You can really tell the house is cared for. It feels like a home. It had everything you could need. They have a well stocked kitchen and even supply snacks. The beds were very comfortable. The yard is huge with a stream behind it with a Great fire pit. I do recommend this property and will definitely go back”

“I can't say enough positive things about our trip! The owner was amazing! He responded to all communications very quickly. During our stay, we lost power, and he was responding to our messages on a Saturday night almost instantly. The house went above and beyond our expectations! The amenities were perfect for all ages. Our teenagers loved the game room in the basement. The pond was a nice walk away and we caught (and released) a lot of fish. We loved watching the birds at the 2 bird……

The house was very clean, our dogs loved the large backyard, and we enjoyed our stay! The host keeps a large supply of cookware/utensils and we had everything we needed to cook dinner. There is also a huge collection of board games which we had not played in a long time. It was a relaxing weekend, and we did not have any issues during our stay. Would highly recommend this place! ”
