“When we got there we had to clear spider webs off the doors to open them up. (That should have been a clue) It was hot a stuffy in the house, but they left fans since there is no air conditioning (thank you). When we got everything opened up it cooled down pretty well. we arrived kind of late, so we started dinner and let the kids play in the game room. around 8pm my daughter went to get the kids and a few inches from my 10-month-old grandson was a large black widow spider. “Beautiful tree house cabin could use some cleaning though lots of spider webs indoor and outdoor carpet could use some steam cleaning had toe nail clippings found on floor by bed and was filthy. Dining table chairs not one was safe to sit on they were all unstable and 1 completely broken very unsafe. ”
