“We are experienced travelers and have been to ligonier many times. We were surprised when the check-in for the space was by the bartender and that there was just a phone number for check out. Our room was unbearably hot, and we hoped to navigate the heating system on our own as there were no instructions who to call for help. After we tried to fix the problem on our own for hours, we texted for help and were finally instructed to just open a window. (There was no way to modulate the heat)There……
