“The property, owner communication, and amenities were awesome! Two suggestions. The first would be to document in greater detail the miner style stairs that are required to navigate to get to the loft bedroom. If you have a leg or back issue or senior you may not be able to navigate those steps safely. In addition if you had a few too many you will most likely be sleeping on the couch. Second, and this is minor. You may want to stock larger coffee cups as the keurig generates 12 oz……

“Just a bit dirty underneath headboard of bed had to move bed to get to plug and noticed lots of other dirt hair debris otherwise needed overhead batteries for light in kitchen but nothing else !! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION was all we needed”

“The house was lovely. The living space on the second floor was so cozy and inviting. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed. We loved having enough beds for everyone to sleep in the same room on the third floor as we have young kids. We rode bikes to the beach, which was an incredibly short ride, and saw a group of 5 deer grazing in the dunes. Watching the sun dip below the ocean during sunset was an unexpected treat, seeing as we have only ever seen this in Key West. Chrissie was very……

“Our family of four loved our stay at Surfman’s Walk this summer! The location was perfect for us – a quiet street close to Shoal’s Club and Mike’s Bites. The kitchen was well appointed, beds among the best we’ve had on BHI, and the golf cart was new and quite zippy (unlike some others we’ve had on the island). The host made several thoughtful additions to make it toddler/kid safe and was in general, super responsive to our questions as well. Overall, a great option and would definitely stay……
