“My family has been coming to Bald head island for over 30 years. Our first stay was at Timbercreek. The condos are situated perfectly. This unit was great. Has an old school beach cottage feel. The view of the marsh from the screened in porch was truly amazing. My key fell off the ring and the management had it fixed for me in no time. Golf carts were great. No weak batteries or slow crawlers. I recommend it highly!! Thank you for the great memory. ”

“Having owned BHI property years ago, and educated in rentals, I expected so much more. The kitchen light over the sink and 3 other lights did not work. 5 very important missing items to prepare a meal, like strainer, can opener, broken coffee maker, with wrong shaped filters. 🔵 PLUS the back door would not lock for us. We only had one key so if we split up we had to leave the house open. But our realtor said there was never any crime on BHI ! That did not make my children any happier. Some……

“We visited BHI in March, our first time going during this time of year and our first time staying on the marsh side of the island. We had a fabulous time! The property is thoughtfully designed and is both beautiful and functional. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the living room with the gorgeous views of the marsh during the day and cheering on the Wolfpack’s historic March Madness run at night. If we’d been during warmer months, we would have lived on the screened porch overlooking those same……

“Property in good area but needs some updates like kitchen , refrigerator and stove not that clean . Bathroom excellent. Beds are ok . Outside property not really clean. The golf car very old and if it rains no protection. Has to be fixed when we used . The island is very pretty and relaxing ”

“Main toilet very dirty. Hair in bathtub before we even took showers. Floors dirty. Bugs everywhere in kitchen. Bugs in master bedroom. Toaster doesn’t work well.
