“You are paying for the spot for sure- it’s on a quiet street right on the beach. Some things could use fixing which I sent to the gal that’s overseeing the property. Hopefully they’re addressed :) it’s pricey so expectations are high. ”

“My husband, three children (14, 8, and 8), and I stayed on the first floor of this property for one week and we had a phenomenal time! Here are the many pros:- Having the house right across the street from the beach was convenient, so we could run back and forth easily to grab things or use the restroom. It’s walking distance to shops, cafes, and an arcade, but still quiet.- The owner supplied a beach cart, chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards. - The porch! I will be dreaming about that……

“This house worked perfectly for my family. We were traveling to Kennebunkport with 9 adults and two small children. Beautiful fully stocked kitchen, two updated bathrooms, nice backyard with 2 fire pits! Everything we needed was in the house. Would highly recommend this home. Wonderful location within walking distance to town. Perfect!”
