“Had a rough start to our booking, when 2 days before arriving we were called and said our room had flooded due to a pipe burst, and they had to cancel our reservation. However, after working through Expedia the Inn found us a replacement room. Checking in was a bit confusing, as the hotel is not clearly marked. There is a small awning that says Breakwater, but with shops on the ground floor we thought that was referencing the shopping plaza, and not where to go to check in. But alas, after……

“We had a very enjoyable 4 night stay here. We stayed in the Nathanial Lord Mansion and our room was clean, stylish and very comfortable. Breakfast was served each morning in our mansion and was very nice with a different hot option every day. The inn is located within very easy walking distance of everything Kennebunkport has to offer - shops, cafes and restaurants. All in all an excellent stay and highly recommended! ”

“The Beach House has a very B&B feel - someone is always near the front door to answer questions and provide various little amenities that you might need. The guest rooms are super comfortable and the beds are even more comfortable. There is 24-hour coffee available and it's excellent! “The Atlantic Oceanfront Hotel is located right on the beach which is literally steps from our room to the beach with direct access from the hotel stairs into the beach. From our oceanfront room, we were able to see the amazing sunrise which is definitely a plus! The only downside is that there is no elevator and no restaurant in the hotel.”
