“The hosts were fantastic to work with, offering things for my family to do while we were there and quickly responding to any messages I sent. The home was beautiful and well-furnished, secluded, quiet and cozy. My family of 7 loved the space to spread out and do their own thing while still having enough space to accommodate us all for dinner around the table. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying the evenings together. They're working on a stunning outdoor kitchen option, I can't wait for……

“This new property is a Little Red River gem! My husband and I rented for our anniversary then invited friends to join us for an evening in the separate, upstairs suite. We had a great time and caught a handful of trout. The location near Pangburn kept boaters disturbing the river to a minimum. Highly recommend!”

“We had our family Christmas weekend and it was great! The kids fished off the deck and had so much fun! The house was perfect for us! The staircase is very tiny and wasn’t easy going up and down for adults but we made it work! Kids loved it!! It was cozy and comfortable. Beautiful in this area! We can’t wait to come back in the spring. We did have garbage disposal and dishwasher issues but it didn’t hamper our stay! Overall it was fantastic and we will rent again!! ”

“This place is new and absolutely immaculate. We were very comfortable here with 4 adults and a 5 year old. This was actually a cheaper option than renting 2 hotel rooms. There is a lot of space and you are in a quiet atmosphere. The owners responded to my questions quickly and were very friendly! ”

“The cabin was neat and the check in process was flawless. It's located close to Heber Springs attractions. Check out process was also easy. We will definitely stay with them next time.”

“My family enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It’s located in a very quiet area of the river with wading access. We brought our kayaks and floated to Swinging Bridge. We’ve stayed in several areas of the river and this place may be our favorite now. Being able to bring our dog was a plus; she loved the water. ”

All of our needs were provided for…from toilet paper, to paper towels, and trash bags…even seasonings, olive oil, and pan spray. We played and kayaked in the freezing cold water; while shocking, it was also refreshing. Would definitely recommend to future guests. ”
