“We stayed here for just one lovely night. The hotel had opened only 2 weeks prior and it was perfect. Very spacious room, well designed, very comfortable and great service. I hope we get to come back on another trip. ”

“Location is good. Just about 5 minutes walk from the Bregenz Train Station, and 3 minutes walk to the lake. Outside wall and first floor is currently under re-construction, and won't be finished until the end of June. Staffs are very friendly.”

“Sehr schönes Hotel mit wunderbarem Blick über das Kleinwalsertal. Große geräumige Zimmer, großes Bad, bequemes Bett. Die Zimmermöbel sind sicherlich schon ein paar Jahre alt, trotzdem in einem guten Zustand. Andere negative Kritiken kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Die große Frühstücksauswahl gibt’s bis 11 Uhr im gemütlichen Speisesaal. Auch das Abendsessen bietet eine große Auswahl. Das Highlight ist natürlich der große Infinity-Pool mit Blick auf den Widderstein und das Tal, dazu das Spa……

“The hotel was good especially the pool, I re-book the hotel because of the amazing swimming pool. However the early checked in wasn't able to make it so i have to have shower in the gym which no shampoo nor shower gel provided. My flight will be in the morning so hopefully they can have a room ready for me next time. ”

“管理混乱，非常糟糕的体验，至今我交了两份钱不知道能不能退还给我一份。我在好订网预订完后直接从信用卡上扣了钱，但入住当晚酒店的前台小姐就查不到订单，但还是给了我钥匙入住，第二天早上退房收了我的现金有没有给我Receipt，打电话给好订网要求退回，但好订网向我要收据证明，难道没有收据酒店就查不到账单了吗？比国内招待所好不了多少的条件居然是四星级？看来奥地利的酒店管理水平跟德国酒店没法比！”
