“My family and I booked this home for my grandson‘s birthday party in the same town. It was very convenient for where the birthday party was located great entertaining and nice that the house was a split game room on one side so that the kids could play the house was very clean. Had some issues and the owners were very fast to respond. Will definitely stay in the home again.”

“The pictures of this property make it look a lot better than it is. There were holes in the walls, a huge gap in the side door, and other defects such as a sink faucet that was barely attached. There was no soap/shampoo, no internet and the remotes for the TV did not work. The host was kind and check in was good, but this place could use some serious TLC. Also, please be cautious when booking this place because the surrounding neighborhood is suspect. There were people sifting through trash and……

“Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!”

“The Sugar Magnolia House is a wonderful and unique turn of the century home to transport you back to the 1920's. Even though all the furnishings and decorations have the vintage charm, the home is yet furnished with the modern conveniences of air conditioning and wifi. From the large front porch to the extensive backyard, this space can be used for any family or occasion, big or small. The host was very accomodating and awesome. I highly recommend this getaway home!”

This was a comfortable and well-appointed place to return to every evening to relax, stretch out, unwind, and get a good night's sleep. We spent the last full day of our visit playing in the pool, watching streaming films……
