“House was a great value, situated in a established quiet community. We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed for meals and bbq. Nice newer deck and also large yard with firepit. We enjoyed the pool table and game room much more than we anticipated. Very relaxing. Josh was very easy to communicate with.”

Very convenient and close to Riverside, beautiful parks and museums, and restaurants. My 8 year old called it “paradise.” The pots and pans set could use an upgrade, but the dishes and utensils were fabulous. Excellent communication and would definitely stay again. ”

“Returned to my hometown of Jacksonville, Florida for family wedding. Your home was a perfect location for us. So much better than a hotel, too. Plenty of rooms for family, nice pool, games, large yard, and plenty of parking. Enjoyed the back porch and pool deck so much. Makes a pleasant setting for morning coffee. “We were so thankful to find this house. We needed the space for our whole family to gather for my a wedding nearby. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the many extras provided like when my niece forgot to pack her toothpaste there was some travel at the house. We were really happy with the house snd the opportunity it gave foe my family to sit around the fire pit and enjoy each other. ”
