"We booked 2 rooms and because they had a "large group arrive" our rooms were separated and the 2 king rooms we paid for were down graded to 2 queens on different floors. And we were put in the pet rooms by the elevators."

"The house was very spacious. Outside needed work, cleaned up. Inside the cleanliness was below acceptable. Had an issue with toilet leaking, he promptly sent someone to fix. Tiles in hallway broken. Second day coffee maker died, said needed cleaned, Im. Not cleaning someone elses coffee pot. Overall ..."
